Initiate Request
Contact our customer support team via email or phone within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Package the Product
Ensure the Ayurvedic products are unused, in their original packaging, and include the original invoice to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Pickup and Inspection
We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address, after which our quality control team will inspect the items to verify they meet our return criteria.
Refund Processing
Once the inspection is successful, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 5-7 business days.
